We continue to invest in our up-to-date south-east Melbourne facility, offering the stability of a privately owned company with a strong Australian manufacturing base.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Industrial Electrician to join our Afternoon Shift team at our Dandenong site.

n

The successful applicant will have solid manufacturing experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a small team.

n

The Role

n

The Afternoon Shift Electrician is responsible for maintaining safe, efficient and reliable operations to support on-time, cost-effective delivery.

n

Shift: Monday to Friday, 11:00 am to 7:00 pm

n

Core Duties:

n

n
Follow Australian and company OH&S; requirements.
n




Conduct preventative and breakdown maintenance on plant and production equipment.
n
Diagnose faults and complete troubleshooting and repairs to minimise downtime.
n
Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
n
Maintain reliable electrical performance to support production and minimise unplanned downtime.
n
Accurately record issues, faults and maintenance requirements in the company CMMS system.
n
Identify and recommend process improvements.
n

Skills and Experience Required:

n

n
A-grade Electrical License.
n
At least five years of experience in a quick-paced manufacturing environment.
n
Strong technical and critical thinking skills.
n
Proficiency with industrial control systems and equipment.
n
Experience with PLCs and fault finding.
n
Ability to identify and implement process improvements.
n
Australian permanent residency or citizenship.
