Anytime Fitness Heidelberg is looking for a Personal Trainer ready to develop a strong client base inside an established club environment.

You'll have the opportunity to connect with members who already value their health and fitness, understand their goals and show them what professional coaching could help them achieve.

At the same time, you'll receive structured support to develop the business skills required to turn those relationships into a sustainable career.

You'll maintain the flexibility and independence of your own Personal Training business while having support available to help you grow.

What you'll be doing

You'll coach clients through tailored programs, provide accountability and help them achieve lasting results.

You'll also establish yourself as a visible and trusted trainer within the club.
n
That means proactively speaking with members rather than waiting for enquiries to appear.
n
You'll learn how to start better conversations, identify genuine opportunities and communicate the value of Personal Training effectively.

What you'll need

Certificate III & IV in Fitness, or currently completing them
n
Current First Aid & CPR
n
Excellent people and communication skills
n
Professionalism and reliability
n
A proactive mindset
n
Willingness to learn and implement feedback
n
n
You don't need an existing book of clients.
n
You need the drive to build one.
n
