Job Description
Conscious Care Group is seeking dedicated Mental Health Support Workers to join our growing team in Queensland.
This role offers school-hour shifts designed for school-going applicants seeking adaptable part-time work that makes a real difference in SIL and CAS programs.
You will support participants with daily living, community access, emotional support, and capacity-building activities, guided by individual plans, with a strong emphasis on safety, documentation, and compassionate care.
