This role is essential for driving sales and expanding our market presence in the crane industry.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cranes, possess excellent communication skills, and be adept at building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned territory.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
Market Analysis: Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Product Knowledge:



Maintain in-depth knowledge of our crane products and services to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
Negotiation: Prepare and negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
Reporting: Provide timely reports on sales activities, forecasts, and customer feedback.
Qualifications
Proven work experience as a Sales Representative in the crane or heavy machinery industry.
Strong knowledge of cranes and their applications.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
Proficiency in lifting software and MS Office Suite.
