Mind Oasis Clinic ( is seeking an experienced Head of Growth & Business Development to take end-to-end ownership of our growth strategy and its execution.

Established in 2020, Mind Oasis Clinic is a growing specialist healthcare group providing psychiatry and related mental health services, with a presence in Sydney and Melbourne and an Australia-wide telehealth footprint .

As we enter our next phase of growth, we are looking for a senior healthcare growth leader with the experience and commercial capability to help us scale sustainably.

This is not a traditional Marketing Manager role.
