You will mentor high-performing engineering teams, oversee complex mechanical designs and play a key role in business development, stakeholder engagement and strategic growth initiatives.

Description
Lead and mentor multidisciplinary engineering teams delivering complex data centre projects.
Oversee mechanical and HVAC design development, technical reviews and quality assurance.
Drive project delivery, programme performance, risk management and commercial outcomes.
Coordinate mechanical services with electrical, fire protection and public health disciplines.
Monitor project financial performance, invoicing and change management processes.




Act as a senior client interface across key stakeholder and technical meetings.
Support regional business development, proposals and client relationship management.
Promote continuous improvement, innovation and engineering excellence across project teams.

Profile

A successful Associate Director - Mechanical should have:
Degree qualified Mechanical Engineer.
Chartered Qualified Engineer (CPEng) is essential.
Proven data centre design and delivery experience is essential.
Extensive experience leading mechanical engineering teams on complex projects.
Strong expertise in HVAC systems and multidisciplinary building services design.
Commercially astute with experience managing budgets, schedules and project risk.
Robust client-facing skills with experience developing business and stakeholder relationships
