Job Description

Impact Care Solutions in Recent South Wales is seeking compassionate Therapeutic Care / Youth Workers to provide trauma-informed care and reliable support to young people in OOHC. You will build positive relationships and apply de-escalation techniques during crises.

The role requires experience with trauma, high needs, or challenging behaviours, CALD awareness, and a Certificate IV in Community Services or similar. Versatile shifts including sleepovers, weekends, and a supportive team culture.
