General Labourer - Loading/Unloading & general Warehouse duties
Location: Northern Suburbs of Melbourne
Pay Rate: $33.85 - $35.00 per hour
Shift: Monday to Friday | Morning Shift
Employment: Casual
About the Opportunity
Our client, a well-established business based in the Northern Suburbs of Melbourne, is currently seeking reliable and hardworking General Labourers to join their team.
This is an excellent prospect for candidates with experience in loading and unloading, with previous stores or warehouse experience highly regarded.
About the Role
Loading and unloading goods and materials
Manual handling and moving stock
Assisting with general warehouse and stores duties
Picking, packing and organising stock as required
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Following workplace health and safety procedures
Supporting the wider team with general labouring tasks
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
Previous experience in loading and unloading
General labouring experience
Stores or warehouse experience will be highly regarded
Positive physical fitness and ability to perform manual handling tasks
A solid work ethic and reliable attendance
Ability to work Monday to Friday on a morning shift
Good communication and teamwork skills
Commitment to workplace health and safety
Full Australian work rights
Ability to successfully pass a drug and alcohol test
