Dementia and Aged Care Services (DACS) is seeking passionate Community Support Assistants to join our Central Coast (North) team.
This casual role supports clients 65+ in their own homes, delivering person-centred care and helping maintain independence and wellbeing.
You will provide personal care, social support, meal preparation, and light domestic tasks while keeping transparent communication and accurate documentation.
Approx.
20 hours per week with travel between client visits.
