As the weather warms up and the season gets busy, we're growing the team at Pony. We're looking for a bartender who takes pride in the craft and loves the buzz of a full room.

The role
n

Lead day-to-day bar service in a busy dispense bar, keeping drinks fast, consistent and beautifully made
n
Batch our house cocktails and prep syrups and other bar essentials
n
Keep the bar spotless, organised and ready for service
n
Have the chance to help shape our cocktail menu, if that's your thing
n
n
About you
n
n
2+ years of bartending experience,



with strong classic cocktail and spirits knowledge
n
Fast, calm and efficient under pressure, with a warm, welcoming manner
n
Someone who cares about the details, from a well-balanced drink to a clean station
n
A valid RSA and full working rights in Australia
n
n
