DEMO JOB: About the Role n
In this role, you will be responsible for the ongoing support, training, document administration, maintenance, vendor and stakeholder relationship management and communication of the company's core business applicationand technology platforms.
n
Working within the ITteam, theIT & Business Systems Support Analyst will play a leading role on business systems workflow projects, documenting workflows, creating manuals and training users on new or updated workflows.
n
Key duties include;
n
n
Train new and existing team members on existing and new workflows, along with
functionalapplication
changes.
n
Developinto the subject matter expert (SME) for the company'score business application and manage end to end the deployment of updates, patches and recent releases.
n
Core business application support andadministration
n
Key liaison responsiblefor the relationship between IT, business unit managers and vendors.
n
Creating/updating how-to guides, training manuals,flowcharts and process documentation
n
Use Active Directory, MicrosoftExchange and Office 365 to carry out administration.
n




SmartphoneSetup and email configuration
n
Understand and plan proposed vendor upgrades. Investigate and communicate the impact/upgrade to the business
n
Leverage Microsoft SQL scriptingto extract data and produce reports
n
The Successful Candidate: n
n
An Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
n
2+ years experience training people and this experienceis visible on your resume
n
2+ years support and administration experience of IT and infrastructure
n
Some exposureto a corporate environment
n
Experience deploying end to end, application upgrades, patches and releases
n
Ability to useSQL to extract data via the use of scripts
n
Experiencecommunicating
with stakeholders and vendors
n
2+ Years experience creating documentation, training or How-To guides and process/workflow diagrams
n
Outstanding communication and customer services capabilities
n
