Job Description
I'm working with a growing Public Practice firm in Melbourne's South East looking to add a Bookkeeper to their larger, close-knit bookkeeping team.
You'll take ownership of your own portfolio of ***** clients - managing the relationships and handling the day-to-day bookkeeping.
The work is wide-ranging, with no two clients exactly the same, in a busy, fast-paced workplace where the team genuinely works well together.
The role:
BAS preparation & lodgement
Payroll
Regular client communication
Managing your own portfolio of clients
Working closely with the wider team
What's on offer:
$85k + super
Predominantly office-based with flexibility to WFH ~1 day/week
Open to part-time hours for the right person
What they're looking for:
Previous bookkeeping experience within Public Practice (essential)
Strong payroll experience (essential)
Someone who enjoys taking ownership of their work
Employment Hero experience would be a big plus (not essential)
Given the cooperative nature of the team, regular office attendance is important - this isn't a fully remote role.
