An experienced Landscape Leading Hand role leading in office works across structural landscaping and concreting projects. You'll manage a small crew, liaise with clients and builders, and ensure quality standards and timelines are met.

Key responsibilities

Running day-to-day site operations
n
Supervising and working alongside a small team
n
Reading and interpreting landscape/construction plans
n
Overseeing structural elements: concrete pours, retaining walls, paving, drainage, timber work, etc.
n
Ensuring WHS standards and quality control on all projects
n
Communicating with clients, builders, and the office
n
Operating small plant and machinery
n
n
About you
n
n
Certificate III in Landscape Construction, Stone Masonry, Brick and Block or Construction (essential)
n
Solid knowledge of structural landscaping methods and materials
n
Experience leading teams in office
n
Ability to problem-solve and deliver to a high standard
n
White Card
n
Driver's Licence (HR licence or machinery tickets a bonus)
n
Reliable, motivated and able to work unsupervised
n
n
$50/hour
n
4 Morale Days per year
n
Work Ute and fuel card
n
Monday–Friday, Optional Saturday work
