Job Description

Sushi Hub is seeking an experienced Retail Manager for our Penrith store. This full time role requires hands-on leadership, solid customer service focus and solid operational management skills to drive daily store performance.

You'll oversee staff across FOH and kitchen, manage inventory and budgeting, ensure food safety and brand standards, and deliver top-tier customer experiences in a quick-paced environment.
