Job Description

Hoselink, based at Brookvale in NSW, is seeking a full time Customer Service representative to join our friendly team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them choose the right products and resolving inquiries from Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm.

You will handle calls and emails with warmth, troubleshoot deliveries and warranty issues, and assist with on-site Click & Collect pickups. A welcoming, in office team workplace is provided.
