About the role

n

We're looking for a friendly, confident and organised person to join our Poolwerx team in a diverse full-time customer service and sales role. You'll split your time between our retail stores and O'Connor office, helping customers in-store as well as preparing and following up customer quotes. No pool experience is required – we'll teach you everything you need to know.

What you'll be doing

Helping customers in-store and over the phone
n
Retail sales and customer service
n
Preparing and following up customer quotes
n
Helping customers choose the right products and solutions
n
Water testing and pool advice – full training provided
n
Working alongside our retail and service teams
n

We're looking for someone who

n

n
Is friendly, confident and enjoys talking to people
n
Has great customer service skills
n




Is comfortable with sales and following up customers
n
Is organised with good attention to detail
n
Is comfortable with computers and learning recent systems
n
Can work independently and take ownership of their work
n
Is reliable, adaptable and keen to learn
n
Holds a current driver's licence
n
