Job Description
Uber is seeking an exceptional Legal Counsel to join the APAC Employment Legal team, supporting Australia and Recent Zealand. The role can be based in Sydney or Melbourne and focuses on guiding employment law strategy across fast-paced businesses.

You will advise HR on recruiting, training, performance, compensation and terminations; draft contracts, policies, and separation agreements; and collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate risks in product launches and regulatory matters.
