Role Description n
The New Home Sales Specialist is Commisson Only Hybrid role based in Melbourne, VIC, responsible for guiding prospective buyers through the new home sales process. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with clients in the displays, understanding their needs, presenting suitable home designs and house-and-land packages, and explaining pricing and inclusions clearly. The role involves managing inquiries, conducting follow-up communications, coordinating site visits,



and liaising with construction and design teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Qualifications n
n
Demonstrated expertise in recent home sales and homebuilding, with the ability to explain design options and build processes in clear, accessible language.
n
Strong sales and customer service skills, including consultative selling, relationship building, and handling enquiries from first home buyers Investors
n
Current real estate license or eligibility to obtain one, with an understanding of local property market trends and regulation
n
Proven ability to work toward sales targets, manage time effectively, and maintain accurate records using CRM or similar systems.
n
Previous experience in residential construction, property, or housing finance is advantageous.
