Our client is a registered law firm based in the Brisbane CBD, focusing on property and family law. We are backed by an established migration and professional services business with a long-standing presence in the industry and a strong referral network. We are seeking a Solicitor to join our team with an immediate start available.

Key Responsibilities

Running matters autonomously from initial instructions through to completion
n
Advising clients across property, family and general legal matters
n
Reviewing and advising on contracts, documentation and due diligence
n
Liaising with clients, real estate agents, brokers and financial institutions
n
Maintaining accurate file management and compliance processes
n
Building relationships with clients and referral partners
n
n
About You
n
n
Admitted as a Solicitor with a current practising certificate in Queensland
n
Ability to manage files independently with minimal supervision
n
Excellent communication and client relationship skills
n




Strong organisational and file management skills
n
A genuine interest in building a client base and growing with the firm
n
n
Preferred / Desirable
n
n
Experience in Queensland property law / conveyancing
n
Experience with Family Law matters
n
Experience using LEAP legal software
n
Working knowledge of the PEXA electronic settlement platform
n
n
