The Opportunity
n
You will take ownership of quality, compliance and education initiatives across a medium sized residential aged care home and associated community care services.
n
With many of the foundations already established, this role offers the opportunity to further strengthen systems, embed best practice and support the organisation through ongoing regulatory and quality improvements.
n
About You
n
You are a confident and motivated clinical professional who enjoys bringing people together, improving systems and supporting a culture of continuous improvement.
n
To be successful, you will bring:
n
n
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
n
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment highly desirable
n
Experience in quality, compliance, clinical education or continuous improvement within aged care.
n
Strong knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation processes.
n
Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder engagement skills.
n
A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement and supporting positive change.
