We are looking for an enthusiastic Casual Room Attendant to join our team at Yallungah Boutique Hotel, 62 Byng Street, Orange, NSW - a one-of-a-kind destination that fuses contemporary art and striking design in a beautifully restored heritage homestead.

Role overview

The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming workplace for our guests.

Key responsibilities

Clean and tidy guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, vacuuming, dusting and cleaning bathrooms
n
Replenish room amenities such as toiletries,
towels and beverages
n
Provide courteous, professional service, addressing guest requests promptly
n
Inspect rooms for cleanliness and report maintenance issues or safety hazards
n
Maintain cleanliness in public areas such as hallways and lobbies
n
Track cleaning supplies and report low stock
n
Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals
n
