The opportunity
n
We have an exciting prospect for a Night Shift Working Cleaner Supervisor to join our team in Geelong. We are seeking an energetic, positive, self-motivated, driven and passionate leader to add value and complement our team:

Commercial cleaning
n
Supporting and supervising a team of cleaners
n
Training and development of new and existing staff
n
Conducting daily inspections, audits and quality checks
n
Responding to ad-hoc cleaning requests
n
Conducting routine audits and quality checks
n




Ensuring compliance with company procedures
n
n
Hours of Work
n
n
Previous cleaning supervisory experience
n
The ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds.
n
A strong customer service focus and attention to detail
n
n
The non-negotiables
n
n
Min 3 years cleaning supervisory experience in a multi-disciplined environment (e.g., cleaning, leading medium - large scale teams)
n
Managing a team of 5 people.
n
Full Australian working rights
n
Full Australian Drivers Licence
n
High level understanding and experience with cleaning equipment and machinery
n
Skills to use Word, Excel and Outlook effectively.
n
Solid verbal and written communication skills is essential.
n
Excellent personal presentation
