About the Role
This is a
high‐ownership, commercially focused role
where you'll identify and develop strategic partnerships, build recent growth channels and turn opportunities into measurable revenue.
You'll work directly with senior stakeholders and collaborate across
Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal and Compliance
to take partnerships from idea to execution.
We're looking for someone who is
commercially curious, analytical, proactive and eager to learn
. You don't need prior partnership experience — we care about how you think, how quickly you learn and your ability to execute.
What You'll Do
Identify and develop high‐potential partnership opportunities across the Australian market.
Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective partners.
Own partnerships end‐to‐end, from
prospecting and pitching through to negotiation, launch and growth
.
Develop joint go‐to‐market initiatives that generate merchant growth and revenue.
Work cross‐functionally to launch and scale partnership initiatives.
Track performance and use data to improve conversion, activation and revenue.
Identify new markets, channels and opportunities to accelerate KPay's growth.
What We're Looking For
No prior partnership experience required
— we value potential, commercial mindset and willingness to learn.
Strong strategic and analytical thinking with a bias towards action.
Excellent communication, relationship‐building and negotiation skills.
Comfortable taking ownership and working in a fast‐paced environment.
Data‐driven and comfortable with Excel, CRM systems and performance metrics.
Ambitious, resilient and motivated by measurable results.
Willingness to travel when required.
Bonus:
Experience in sales, business development, consulting, recruitment, account management, strategy or startups.
