Job Description
Breakthru, part of the Royal Rehab Group, seeks a casual team member to join our Coonabarabran team.
You'll work in the community, supporting individuals with daily living, orientation to home, work, and social activities, with open availability outside 9 am–3 pm.
You'll promote independence and safety in a structured setting, complete daily case notes, and engage in a range of activities.
Must reside within travel distance to Coonabarabran and be comfortable with on-call shifts.
