About the Role

SKS Technologies is seeking an experienced and motivated Service Technician to join our Melbourne team. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on service, maintenance, construction wiring, and small project works across a variety of commercial sites.
n
Working as part of a professional and supportive team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality service outcomes while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring all works are completed safely and efficiently.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Carrying out service, maintenance, and repair works across commercial sites
n
Diagnosing and troubleshooting faults efficiently
n
Testing and inspecting systems and equipment, including RCBOs, Exit & Emergency fittings, Thermal Imaging, and Test & Tag appliances
n
Completing installation, upgrade, and construction wiring works
n
Ensuring all works are completed safely and in accordance with relevant Australian Standards
n
Liaising with clients and providing exceptional customer service
n
Maintaining accurate service records and documentation
n




Supporting project delivery and responding to reactive maintenance requests
n
Working independently while effectively managing workloads and priorities
n
n
About You
n
To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
n
Current Electrical Licence (or relevant trade qualification)
n
Construction Wiring experience and capability
n
Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
n
Proficient computer skills and experience using testing instruments
n
Experience in commercial and/or industrial service environments
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
A proactive approach and strong attention to detail
n
Current Driver's Licence
n
Ability to pass a mandatory Police Check
n
