Casual / Part-Time Ecommerce Assistant / Customer Service

We're looking for a friendly, organised and digitally confident person to support the day-to-day customer service and ecommerce needs of our fashion websites.
n
This is a varied role combining customer care, website support and digital marketing—perfect for someone who loves fashion, enjoys helping people and is comfortable working across different online platforms.

What you'll be doing
n

Responding to customer DMs and comments across our social media channels
n
Replying to customer emails in a warm, helpful and professional way
n
Uploading product imagery, descriptions and other content to our websites
n
Assisting with ecommerce and digital marketing tasks
n
Supporting website updates, promotions and product launches
n
Coordinating Betty Cares clothing packs for women in need
n
Helping with other customer service and ecommerce tasks as required
n

About you
n

You're a clear, friendly and confident communicator
n
You have excellent attention to detail
n
You're organised and comfortable managing tasks independently
n
You're confident using social media and learning current digital platforms
n
You have an interest in fashion, ecommerce and digital marketing
n
Previous experience in customer service, retail, fashion or ecommerce would be an advantage
n
