An exciting opportunity exists for a dedicated and hardworkingHandy Man / Maintenance Personto join The Lyall Hotel on a full-time basis, working Tuesday to Saturday.

Reporting directly to Hotel Management, this role is accountable for undertaking the painting, maintenance of all guest rooms public areas, and back of house of the property.
n
This position is perfect for someone who can do a bit or a lot of everything.
n
Some of the key responsibilities include:
n

Undertake maintenance tasks such as but not limited to; Painting, general carpentry, plaster repairs, door maintenance, tiling and other general maintenance.
n
Maintain regular communication with management regarding all maintenance works.
n
n
To be considered, you should possess:
n
n
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role is highly regarded.
n
Exceptional time management skills.
n
Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
n
Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with guests and colleagues in a positive and qualified manner.
n
n
