Essendon Football Club seeks an experienced Head of Strength & Conditioning to lead the AFLM/VFLM performance programs, ensuring players perform at their peak. Reporting to the Head of High Performance and Medical, you will design, deliver and monitor S&C;, rehab, wellbeing, and data-driven conditioning for first to third year players, in collaboration with physiotherapists, dietitians and academy staff.
