PERMANENT PART TIME JUNIOR REGISTERED NURSES

Work with established team.

Fully electronic care and medication with LEECARE.

2 supportive Clinical Care Coordinators.

2 Years experience (Approx) - Highly Desirable

Abberfield Aged Care is 142 bed family-owned facility located on Bluff Road Sandringham. Bus 825 is located at front of facility, and we are a 3-minute drive from Highett train station. We are a well-established home using with many long serving team members. We believe in and value your time.

Detail to documentation including care plans, behaviour support plans, family consultations.

Advanced Communication skills.
n
AHPRA Registered Nurse registration
n
Experience in Aged Care (highly regarded)
n
Current National Police Check
n
An understanding of the Aged Care Accreditation Standards and Outcomes
n
Be vaccinated against COVID 19
n
Have or willing to obtain an NDIS Clearance
n
