Job Description

Mind Australia is seeking a self-motivated Community Mental Health Practitioner for a Part Time, Fixed Term until January 2027 in the Melton Local area. The role involves telehealth, one-to-one support and group work to improve wellbeing and recovery.

Responsibilities include developing recovery plans, coordinating with a multidisciplinary team, and facilitating group programs while engaging families and carers. Mind Australia supports lived experience and diverse backgrounds.
