Role and Responsibilities:

Oversee allocated accounts and contracts across Maintenance/Landscape teams
n
Manage team schedules, performance, training, development and progression.
n
Maintain high standards of safety, quality and compliance across all sites.
n




Act as the key client contact, building robust relationships and ensuring contract delivery.
n
Plan and manage all schedules, labour, resources and equipment allocation.
n
Support Team Leaders to coordinate crews and deliver works across multiple locations.
n
Monitor contract performance, client feedback and service outcomes.
n
Identify efficiencies and opportunities to improve service delivery and productivity.
n
Manage contract budgets, including labour, materials and equipment costs.
n
Resolve client and operational issues promptly and effectively.
n
Ensure contracts are delivered in line with company standards & client expectations

Relevant Industry Qualifications or Relevant Experience

A Current Drivers Licence (Manual or Automatic)

National Police Check

Working with Children Check
