Reporting to the CHPP Superintendent, the CHPP Supervisor is accountable for the safe coordination of all coal-processing activities within the CHPP for their shift in accordance with safety and compliance targets, budget tonnes and quality objectives.

Ensure that operators receive proper instruction and training in protected processing practices.

Lead a team environment and coordinate coal preparation activities in a cost-effective and productive manner

Cost reduction activities / initiatives.

Strong commitment to safety and a continuous improvement culture.

Mechanical or Electrical Trade Certificate (desirable)
n
Minimum of five (5)
years in the mining or heavy industry or processing plant with robust working knowledge of Stockpile Management an stockpile dozer operations
n
Current Unencumbered New South Wales “C” Class Drivers Licence.
