Monadelphous is seeking experienced Mechanical and Structural Supervisors to join our Mackay Operations Team for upcoming shutdown work across the Bowen Basin.
This role leads mechanical crews on Dragline and Wash Plant projects, focusing on safety, quality, and productivity.
You will work on back-to-back shutdown rosters, oversee planning and execution, and support a robust safety culture while developing your leadership skills within a well-established industrial services group.
