About the Role
We are seeking areliable and hands-on Warehouse Handto support our operations at Bridgewater on Loddon.
This is akey operational roleresponsible for ensuring products are safely received, stored, picked, and dispatched to meet customer expectations.
You will work closely with a small, supportive team and play a direct role in maintaining product quality and site standards.
What You'll Be Doing
Accuratelypick, check, and prepare customer orders




Load and unload trucksin line with safety and chain of responsibility requirements
Move finished goodsbetween production and warehouse areas
Ensure products arelabelled, stored, and recorded correctly
Conductforklift operations and daily safety checks
Maintainclean, organised, and compliant warehouse areas
Assist withstock control, pallet management, and receivals
Supportfood safety (HACCP) and WHS standardsat all times
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
Reliable and safety-focused
Comfortable working in afast-paced, physical environment
Ateam playerwho takes pride in their work
Able tofollow processes and maintain attention to detail
Flexible and willing to supportvarying shifts
Skills & Experience
CurrentLF Forklift Licence(essential)
Experience in awarehouse or production workplace
Strongnumeracy and record-keeping ability
Ability to work independently and meet daily targets
HR/HC licence (desirable, not essential)
