Job Description

Bendigo Health is seeking a District Nurse to deliver high-quality community care in the Bendigo region. The role supports frail older people, younger individuals with disabilities, and carers to maintain independence, working within the CNS team across various disciplines.

The District Nurse Level 2 brings experience in community nursing with a focus on person-centred care, coordinating with wound, continence, dementia services and other specialists to prevent unnecessary hospital admissions.
