Job Description

Lumia Care is urgently seeking Disability Support Workers to help clients live safely and independently in their homes across Fassifern region. You'll provide social support, personal care, and transportation to keep people connected with their community.

We offer paid induction, ongoing mentoring, a weekday roster (Mon–Fri), and a supportive team committed to your development. Cert III/IV in relevant fields or studying Nursing is valued; driver's licence and a reliable vehicle are essential.
