DGL Group in Altona, VIC, is seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our growing, supportive team. This full time role focuses on processing orders, ensuring proof of delivery, and responding to customer queries, with daily invoicing reconciliation and data entry.

You’ll work in a cooperative workplace, using MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and maintaining high standards of DIFOT and accuracy, while coordinating transport for non-DGL deliveries and providing customer reports.
