About the Role

We're seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our growing logistics team.
n You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling bookings, tracking deliveries, and ensuring every job runs smoothly from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone and email
n




Book and track transport and warehouse jobs
n
Liaise with drivers, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery performance
n
Provide updates and proactive communication to customers
n
Handle paperwork, PODs, and data entry in transport management systems
n
Assist with resolving delivery or service issues quickly and professionally
n

Skills & Experience

Previous experience in transport, logistics, or warehousing (preferred)
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
Robust attention to detail and accuracy
n
Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
n
Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer systems
n
Positive attitude, team player, and customer-first mindset
