G'day Group, a leading Australian tourism company, is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join the Discovery Resorts – Kings Canyon kitchen. You will support the Head Chef in daily operations, mentor the team and uphold high culinary standards across à la carte, buffet and special dining experiences.
