South Eastern Private Hospital is seeking dedicated and experienced Endorsed Enrolled Nurses to join our Rehabilitation Unit on a permanent part time or casual basis. Based in Noble Park, VIC 3174, this rewarding role will see you providing high-quality, compassionate care to our patients recovering from illness or injury.

What you'll be doing
Assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care for patients in the Rehabilitation Unit
Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualised patient care plans
Providing holistic nursing care, including medication administration, wound management, and patient education
Monitoring patient progress and adjusting care plans as needed
Maintaining accurate and comprehensive patient documentation
Promoting a safe and therapeutic environment for patients

What we're looking for
Current registration as an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse with AHPRA
Demonstrated experience , preferably in a rehabilitation setting
Robust clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based nursing practices




Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team
Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centred care
Robust organisational and time management skills
