Job Description

Compass Group Pty Limited is seeking a Chef Manager to lead and oversee kitchen operations at an aged care site in Frankston South. You will manage food production, catering for residents, and ensure OH&S; compliance while delivering exceptional service to residents and families.

The role requires kitchen leadership, a minimum Cert 3 Commercial Cookery and a Food Safety Supervisor Certificate, plus experience with P&L; management and Microsoft Office. A police check is preferred.
