The role will focus on supporting daily warehouse and logistics operations, with key responsibilities including:
Data entry and maintaining accurate records
Sending and responding to emails
Booking freight and coordinating transport
Creating packing lists and dispatch documentation
Liaising with warehouse staff, customers and freight providers
General warehouse administration

About You
Previous warehouse, logistics or administration experience
Strong computer and data entry skills
Excellent attention to detail
Good communication and organizational skills
Experience booking freight is highly regarded
SAP, Pronto or WMS experience advantageous

What We Offer
$38/hr + super + penalties – weekly pay
Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm
Ongoing full time work
Temp-to-perm prospect
Supportive team setting
