The NRMA is hiring an Inbound Customer Service Representative in Sydney for a full time hybrid role. You’ll be the first point of contact for roadside assistance, offering empathetic, qualified support to our members.

Join a busy team, navigate multiple systems, maintain accurate records, and coordinate timely outcomes with internal colleagues. The position features a 3‑week rotational roster, 5am–12am hours, and training at Sydney Olympic Park or Gosford.
