Tradewind Australia is seeking a confident Disability Area Coordinator in Toowoomba, QLD, to lead person-centred service delivery under the NDIS framework. You will oversee SIL, Community Access, Centre-Based Supports and In-Home Supports, mentoring frontline staff and coordinating workforce planning across sites.

You will build robust relationships with participants, families and stakeholders while ensuring compliance with NDIS Practice Standards.
