The Role
We are looking for quality and talentedSommelier's, Wait Staff and Hoststo join our teams on a full time basis.
We have roles available at a variety of our venues and there is an opportunity to join at different levels inNarooma.

To be successful in one of these roles you will need the following experience and attributes:
2+ years relevant experience in the industry
Confident with customer engagement; including greeting guests, ability to learn and discuss food and beverage menu, taking orders and serving guest
Previous experience in a fast -paced restaurant, bistro, or hotel
Ability to work closely with kitchen and bar staff




Understanding of setting and clearing tables to a high standard, managing multiple tables in one service, and pre-empting the guests needs
