Aglime Fertilisers is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to lead a small, hands-on production team on the factory floor in Marulan.
You will operate plant and equipment, assist with bagging products and drive continuous improvement across production activities.
The role requires supervising a blue-collar team, maintaining WHS and quality standards, and coordinating maintenance with the General Manager.
Local applicants preferred for a sustainable daily commute to Marulan.
