Job Description
Barwon Health in Colac is seeking a Community Welfare Development Worker to support the Colac and Otway community after the **** bushfires. You will lead community engagement, promote mental health awareness, and coordinate events and partnerships to improve access to support for affected families.

Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will manage referrals, contribute to program evaluation, and ensure timely information is shared.
