What You'll Be Doing

Coordinating advice implementation and client service activities

Working closely with advisers to support client outcomes
n
Supporting and coordinating a small offshore administration team
n
Acting as a key point of contact for clients and external stakeholders
n
Assisting with investment transactions, cash movements and related administration
n
Monitoring workflow and maintaining high service standards
n
Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and processes
n

What We're Looking For

Experience within financial planning or wealth management
n




Strong understanding of advice implementation and client service processes
n
Experience using Xplan
n
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
n
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
n
A proactive approach and genuine commitment to client service
