Epiroc Australia is looking for enthusiastic and organised Warehouse Operative based in our Mackay Warehouse, working Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm. You will need to have the drive to learn and develop in the role and the ability to meet dispatch deadlines in an ever-changing environment.



You must also be available for on call roster.

As a successful Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for:
n
n
The development of strong customer relationships
n
Local inventory maintenance, including stocktake
n
Participation in the on-call support roster for emergency customer support
n
Stock quality monitoring
n
Goods receipt/dispatch
n
General administration as required
n
n
Key requirements of the role would include:
n
n
Minimum 12 months experience in a similar role
n
Must possess a valid driver's license and forklift ticket
n
Strong computer literacy with attention to detail
n
Exceptional customer service
n
Experience in a fast-paced environment
n
The ability to organise, manage workflow and multi-task
n
Be adaptable to ensure our clients' needs are met
n
n
The successful candidate must be a strong team player with excellent relationship-building skills. A positive attitude and commitment to all areas of service operations are essential to the job.
