We're a team of 24 people based in Young NSW, looking for a motivated and highly organised person to join our financial planning team.
n
This role is ideal for someone seeking a long‐term career in financial planning and wanting to become a valued part of a professional, client‐focused business.

About the role
n
Initially, the role will have a strong focus on review writing and supporting our financial planners with the preparation of high‐quality client documentation.
n
You will also have the opportunity to attend and participate in client meetings, gaining valuable exposure to clients, financial planning strategies and the broader advice process.
n
Over time, we would like to see the successful candidate develop their knowledge, skills and responsibilities as their career progresses.

About you
n
We're looking for someone who:

Has excellent attention to detail and takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work
n
Has strong written and verbal communication skills
n
Is highly organised and manages their time effectively
n
Can prioritise competing tasks and work efficiently
n
Is proactive, reliable and takes ownership of their work
n
Works well independently and as part of a team
n




Presents professionally and communicates confidently with clients and colleagues
n
Has a genuine interest in financial planning and a willingness to learn
n
Is looking to build a long‐term career and grow with our business
n
Ideally has experience in financial planning, paraplanning, review writing or a similar professional environment, although this is not essential
n
